    The diversity and quality of our web site I hope will reflect Teran's ability to provide far more than courteous and professional help in buying or selling a home.

    Our expertise in the field of property tax reduction has benefited our regular clients as well as many homeowners who are not buyers or sellers. Our recent victory in Ulster County Supreme Court on behalf of clients resulted in more than 80 homeowners receiving property tax reductions, each between $600. and $1,700. every year, and these savings will continue for a number of years.

    My 15 years experience as an investor at real estate auctions enabled me to find bargains for Teran clients like a 3 bedroom farmhouse on 14 acres for $7,000. near Hunter Mountain Ski Center. Is there a catch? Not really, just that we don't find them every day, but with diligent searching, we do find several each year, and immediately advise those auction clients who retain us. One of our agents does nothing for Teran but research auctions.

      Ulster County's leading tax reduction specialist from 1986 to 2002, winning property tax reductions for over 500 clients' properties in Supreme Courts of Ulster and Greene Counties. Of the 27 Supreme Court Article 7 (tax) lawsuits I have filed, 23 resulted in savings for every property petitioned for. Total savings for clients exceeded $1,200,000. Regrettably, the law recently changed for the worse, making it far harder to win fairness the way we used to.
