We would need to know what you want, including price range, location, approximate square footage, style, and other features that may be especially important to you, such as views or water.
We will first do a search to email listings to you currently on the market. We will at the same time program our email to send you new listings of interest as soon as they come on the market. Spotting them as soon as they come on the market is especially importatn, since often interesting and well-price properties are snapped up within a few days. (That is one reason we recommend that every serious buyer retain a diligent buyer's agent, otherwise the best opportunities are often missed).
